For professionals starting out or ready to go further. We begin with your experience and real tasks: preparing a presentation, researching, organising information or improving a proposal. We practise giving context, refining instructions and reviewing outputs from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
Individual online sessions, with in-person options in Barcelona subject to availability. We agree the pace and content together.
I design and facilitate training around the challenges your team faces. We identify relevant uses and test them through practical exercises, from marketing and communication to learning and management tasks.
We can work through a single session or a programme with follow-up. The scope depends on your starting point, available tools and what the team needs to bring into everyday practice.
Supported practice
Turn a task into clear instructions and use documents and examples to guide the response.
Spot errors and unsupported claims. Decide what information to share and when human review is needed.
Test a use case, adjust what does not work and find a useful way to bring it into your work.
Who you will work with
I work in AI adoption, business transformation and learning experience design. Before that, I spent thirteen years in footwear, connecting e-commerce, marketing and business management.
I have facilitated more than fifteen workshops and AI-era leadership labs across eight organisations. My education includes an Executive MBA at ESADE and postgraduate study in AI and Machine Learning at the University of Texas at Austin.
